The I5 Flag Project is in the process to be a non-profit charitable organization to celelbrate the Cascadia bioregion, to install a promininent flag pole to fly its flag along Interstate 5, to create a rest and relaxation center around the flag pole's base, and to make investments in the Cascadia bioregion for the perpetual care of the flag pole, flag, and rest and relaxation center.
